Even worse there really wasn’t a path to recovery that was easily laid out for us to follow. And this problem as affecting so many of us! It blew my mind that nobody was really stepping up to make a change!

You see, anxiety, skin issues and gut disease are common in today’s diet and lifestyles. It’s easy to go through your day and just accept it as status quo.

  •   Can you exercise while on the Carnivore Diet?
  • Absolutely Yes! Low to moderate intensity exercise is an excellent way to pursue health and fitness. Though in my case, I had a better capacity to work out during the carnivore challenge maybe because I was already very low carb.
